SUMMER BLAST UK 2006 -A GREAT SUCCESS

Our second Lost Glory week was attended by folk from the USA, West Indies, Czech Republic and the UK. We condensed our 4 month residential school into one week and trusted God that he would meet our students at their place of need.

HE DID!

Most students came having been inspired by Dave Markee's book "The Lost Glory" and wanting more, particularly finding out what God was calling them too at this time in their lives. All met with Jesus during the week. Jesus spoke to them and showed them all how much they are loved, how special they are to him and that they are a high priority in His thinking and plans WOW!.

The Holy Spirit was very active and many received healing directly from Jesus from past hurts and pain that were manifesting in blocks to their destiny.

The staff helped people hear from Jesus and then followed this by teaching from the Lost Glory curriculum. Afternoons were workshop based concentrating this year on music, songwriting and art, also with personal prophecy for each student.

Evenings were made up of a rhythm and percussion workshop, a movement and dance workshop, plus three evening celebrations with past graduates from The Lost Glory leading worship, and there was preaching and prophecy. The final evening was a concert of songs, poems, personal testimony and prophetic words performed by Summer Blast students, past students and staff.

It was amazing to see people taking God seriously and for them to see God takes them seriously, the outcome: a great success, people going home inspired, many released from personal bondage and excited about their future with Jesus.

The concert on the last evening was awesome, it was really good to be able to rock out all evening with other amazing talented musicians I also received lots of healing this week from judgments that were holding me back from stepping into what God has called me to.
